The SOA Fine Arts Coordinator, Mr. Turner, and the High School Band Boosters are happy to announce the details of the 2020 Spring Trip. The included Permission Forms outline all the details of the trip, include the travel itinerary and permission slips, and discuss the cost with the trip with the payment schedule.
Your band student will be given a paper copy of this exact attachment tomorrow, November 6th, in band class. This is another copy, just in case it does not make it home to you!
The High School Band Boosters will be handling all the payments for the trip. Instructions for payment installments are included in the forms.
*The 1st payment is due on November 30, 2019. **All permission forms and medication forms are due in Miss King’s Box in the High School Band Room on December 1. ***The final payment is due on March 30, 2020.
